Greet
~ Greet the Guest as they Enter ~
Smile and Welcome them to the Chapel,
As if it were your Living Room.

Approach
~ Approach the Guest ~
Direct them to have a seat or wait at the Bar,
give them menus and assure that someone will be with them shortly.
Give them the feeling that “they are the reason you are there!”

Product  Knowledge
~ Always Offer Product Knowledge ~
Remember that we offer beverages and food that are unique.
Many people will feel embarrassed asking you questions,
it’s up to you to offer without them asking!

~ Add-On to the Tab ~
Always use Open-Ended questions to sell food and beverages.
Offer to get someone more before they need it, you may not have time to be there when they do!!
If they are tipsy offer food or coffee!! This helps you and the guest.
Close
~ Close ~
Present them with the tab with a smile.
Make sure there is nothing else you can get them.
Offer website for future events.
Thank
~ Thank the Customer ~
Thank them for their business. Ask them to come back.
Let them know you look forward to them coming back, like a family member.
Shake their hand or give them a hug, tactile contact makes it personal.
Always Offer to call a cab, it takes you a second, and could save a life and your job, or jail time.
