My Will Be Done

     It is very important to understand a few things. In the kitchen,There must be a clear set of rules. "Words To Live By" I have gathered 10 very essential words of wisdom over the years.

     Please Remember ~ Every Chef, Every Kitchen, Every Staff is different; so these guide rules must also change over time to accommodate the surroundings!!

1. Say, Do, Follow Through
2. ~RESPECT~
I do everything for a reason.
I Talk, You Listen; You answer "Yes Chef".
Everyone wants to be Chef, "their can be only one".
I will never ask you to do something I would not do.
3. No "86" If it is in the kitchen, no questions.
"MAKE IT WORK"
4. ~Sanitation~
No Glass in the kitchen EVER.
No Sitting where FOOD is prepared.
5. ~Communication~
Talking to each other is KEY.
If you have a question or comment during service write it down.
6 . ~Consistency~
Follow all recipes to the teaspoon.
7. No telephone calls. No exceptions.
This is a place of business, make personal calls on personal time, not mine.
8. No call, No show, No Job.
9.No ticket, No food.
If any food leaves the kitchen without a ticket,
it will be considered stealing and you will be terminated.
